Estimates

A certified estimator will write a FREE, thorough computerized estimate while you wait.
Hours Monday-Friday, 8-12pm & 1-5pm.

Insurance Claims Assistance

As an established repair facility we work with all major insurance companies. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive in claims centers. You may want to do this or leave the car with us and ask the insurance company to inspect the vehicle at our facility. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED AT THE REPAIR FACILITY OF YOUR CHOICE. This may not be the same facility your insurance company chooses. We are here to assure this process satisfies you the customer.

Towing

If your vehicle requires towing, we use O’hare Towing service. They are available 24 hours a day @ (800)227-6890. Do not worry about towing charges, Ohara will bill us directly, and we will then address these charges with your insurance company.

Car Rental

Auto Body Techniques, Inc. will arrange for a car rental, if necessary while your car is repaired.

Computerized Paint Matching System

Our paint technicians have been trained and certified in color matching. PPG Water Based Paint for Accurate Color Matching

Lifetime Warranty

Auto Body Techniques, Inc. insures complete satisfaction that your vehicle is restored to pre-accident condition. Repairs are guaranteed for any defects in workmanship for as long as you own your car. (Rust repair and abuse are exempt. Copy of warrantee upon request.)
